About countryside tourism farmstead “Raguva”
We are located in Regional Park of river Nemunas loops, in distance from city noise, in an environment of ancient woods where possible to estimate current time by blossoming trees, mysterious flower fern, on sounds of flying birds and dazzling whiteness of snow cover.
In our farmstead we are waiting for visitors: those who wishes to lead cosy holiday or days off alone, together with family or friends.
You will find everything in farmstead that is necessary for residing and rest: spacious premises, breakfast, diner and super, and also conviement rooms for rest and dream. Besides you can take pleasure by hot pair or present Lithuanian rural bath (sauna) which is on coast of the river Nemunas.
For fans to observe and listen to nature, is promised full scale of natural sounds and unique instant from a life of wild animals.
For those who prefer long walks, it is not necessary to be sad. Because near our farmstead are charming places, with nature olden time sanctuaries and also museums. We also waiting for fans of fishing, sportsmen’s and those who decided to have a rest.
The area or Regional Park makes 250km². More that 69% of all are park are woods (well known grove Punia with reservoir, Prienu grove, and Siponis grove). In regional park of 17 reserves, set of valuable ancient monuments or culture and nature. Visiting such historical district as Punia, Birstonas, having a rest can be convinced in eyes by all beautiful
landscape, unique crinkles of the river and open spaces of valleys. The river Nemunas opens all the charm in middle of part of river. It is the finest 60 kilometer piece of river. Already 70 years ago there were hot discussions about necessity to create National park and in 1992 were was made regional park of Nemunas river.
